Project Scope: Provide detailed demolition to all levels and roof space of the heritage listed building with the following outcomes;
- Demolition of all level concrete floors required for seismic restraint including engineered propping to multiple stories at the same time
- Detailed demolition to external facades and balconies ensuring that no damage occurred to heritage surfaces
- Removal and disposal of high level roof shingles containing asbestos
- Demolition to internal walling for services and to make openings compliant, including engineered propping
