Multi-stage demolition project.
Completion 2025

Undertake demolition and asbestos works in line with identified drawings, documents, and addendums with the following outcomes:

• Complete a full and comprehensive risk assessment and safety analysis, with approvals obtained from authorities prior to commencement.
• Demolish concrete walls, piles, and cut wall starter bars to connect the new B1 carpark.
• Demolish and remove existing tenancies, tenancy shopfronts, shopfittings, intertenancy walls, partitions, bulkheads, structural framing, floor finishes, ceiling linings, joinery, timber floors, internal stairs, bollards, bicycle hoops, and site furniture.
• Remove façades, glazed shopfronts, cladding, signage boxes, decks, paving, kerbing, asphalt, wall fixtures, lighting, and associated structural steelwork.
• Demolish and remove canopies, verandas, downpipes, gutters, and drainage.
• Decommission and remove goods lifts, stair and lift shafts, including associated wall linings and topping slabs.
• Demolish suspended carpark slab, planters, planter boxes including soil and trees/plants, and associated works.

• Demolish and remove bulkheads, ceilings, and lightweight walls.
• Demolish existing floor finishes as indicated.
• Remove and dispose of the existing aluminium glazed shopfront.
• Conduct all works outside standard business hours as required.
