Project Scope:

Provide detailed demolition to all levels and roof space of the heritage-listed Bice Building, achieving the following outcomes:

Demolition of concrete floors across multiple levels to facilitate seismic restraint installation, with engineered propping implemented to maintain structural stability throughout

Precision demolition to external façades and balconies, ensuring the protection and preservation of original heritage surfaces and architectural details

Removal and disposal of high-level roof shingles containing asbestos, undertaken under licensed environmental and safety management protocols

Internal wall demolition to enable new service installations and compliant openings, supported by engineered temporary works as required
