Multi-stage demolition within a live airport environment 

Undertake all demolition works in accordance with the approved project scope and technical requirements. 

PSU Stage 2AI

• Demolish existing internal and structural elements as required under the project scope 
• Remove redundant building materials and fixtures to prepare areas for redevelopment 
• Waste transportation carried out in compliance with airside movement and disposal protocols 
• Waste management including segregation, recycling and certified disposal of all materials 
• Housekeeping maintained throughout to ensure safe and compliant work zones 
• Floor grinding completed to achieve smooth, clean sub-structure finishes for subsequent construction phases 

BSU Stage 3/4

• Removal of floor coverings and lightweight wall partitions 
• Ceiling removal and floor grinding to expose sub-structure 
• Waste segregation, transportation and disposal in accordance with airport environmental standards 
• Housekeeping and daily site maintenance under airside controls 
• Coordination with airport operations to ensure uninterrupted terminal activity
