Major expansion works within Adelaide’s premier precinct 

DE-Construct Pty Ltd delivered specialised demolition, asbestos removal and civil works as part of the SkyCity Casino Redevelopment in Adelaide — a landmark project forming part of the city’s Riverbank Precinct renewal. 

Key components of the works included: 

• Detailed internal demolition to existing structures and new build zones 

• Asbestos removal conducted under approved safety and environmental protocols 

• Civil works to prepare the site for new structural and architectural integration 

• Waste management and disposal in accordance with environmental standards 

• Collaboration with Tier 1 builder Hansen Yuncken to deliver works within a live, operational entertainment facility 

• Project scale: $330 million redevelopment, including a casino expansion and the construction of the new 120-room, five-star Eos Hotel 

• Complex site: Delivered within the Adelaide Riverbank Precinct, integrating the new development with the heritage-listed Adelaide Railway Station
